Snow Closures & Landslide Contingencies
If an ongoing circuit is interrupted by sudden snow blockages at Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, or Jalori Pass, our captains execute pre-planned alternative safety circuits. If a batch is grounded prior to departure due to certified government red alerts, travelers receive a 100% credit note valid for 18 months.
Direct Bank Settlement in 5–7 Days
All approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business banking days. A transaction reference ID is emailed immediately upon initiation.
