By booking any Himalayan expedition, weekend circuit, or custom itinerary with Him Journeys, you confirm your acceptance of these binding operational terms. All circuits are adventurous mountain journeys operating through rugged terrain, varying weather, and high altitudes.

A booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of the initial advance reservation deposit (typically ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per seat depending on circuit duration). The remaining balance must be settled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time from Delhi, Chandigarh, or base camp.

Travelers participating in high-altitude journeys (above 8,000 ft) must disclose pre-existing cardiovascular, respiratory, or chronic conditions. While all captains carry pulse oximeters and first-aid kits, travelers are advised to follow the recommended acclimatization schedule and consult a physician prior to departure.

Him Journeys maintains an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct of any kind. Every traveler is entitled to a safe, respectful environment. The Expedition Captain holds absolute authority to offload any passenger violating communal safety or decency without refund.

In mountainous terrain, natural disruptions (landslides, flash floods, snowfall, or military transit blockages) may necessitate spontaneous route adjustments. The Expedition Captain’s assessment regarding trail safety, vehicular movement, and pass clearance is final and binding.

Him Journeys is a licensed adventure tour operator (IATO #IATO-48291). In the unlikely event of disputes arising from operations or bookings, the matter shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh.
